All heater elements produced by MFL comply with the exacting requirements of our customers' specifications. MFL does not offer "Off the shelf" products, as our goal is to supply customers with heaters not yet available in the marketplace. As a small progressive company, MFL has the flexibility to offer fast turnaround times on all new designs. On average, MFL can produce working samples from a customer's original drawing within one week of receiving the initial enquiry. The size, configuration and resistance value of the heater element are entirely at the customer's discretion. In addition to supplying the basic heater, MFL can incorporate other temperature sensing elements such as RTD's and thermistors into the original design. MFL can also attach flexible circuits to the heaters with tab or pin connections, as well as providing a range of thermally conductive adhesive transfer tapes.
